Product Details:

Descalent BWDBC–25 is a hydrochloric acid based inhibited acidic descaling compound formulated for rapid removal of water scale deposits in the heat transfer equipments like boiler condenser compressors etc. Water scale is basically calcium or magnesium carbonate, sulphates and iron oxides. Descalent BWDBC–25 dissolves the majority of these deposits and insoluble deposits are loosened. The inbuilt corrosion inhibitor prevents base metal from the corrosion attack of acid.

Product Details:

BWOS–10 is an instant oxygen scavenger. It is used for the treatment of boiler feed water and boiler water for the chemical removal of oxygen to prevent corrosion. The product is non volatile and is applicable for the treatment of water for all ranges of boilers particularly low to medium pressure boilers. The normal reaction time with oxygen is only 10-15 seconds at ambient temperatures.

Product Details:

BWSSC– 21 is an alkaline easily soluble special phosphate mixture containing organic polymer as dispersant. The treatment of boiler water with BWSSC– 21 effectively controls scale formation in boiler tubes by maintaining residual phosphate in boiler water. The presence of dispersant in the product also helps in the easy removal of deposits by blow down operation. The product after mixing with water can be directly added into the boiler drum or in the boiler feed water. Periodic additions depending upon the facilities available for chemical treatment can also be made.
